We love a good seasonal cocktail! We’re already gearing up to cheer on the Pats this Sunday for another win!

As the sun tickles the falling leaves, we’re wondering what cocktail to serve. So, we turned to the crystal-eyed restaurant consultant Jean Marie Manning for the perfect crisp Sunday game day cocktail.

Jean Marie of JM Restaurant Consulting uses those crystal eyes to help envision the best path for her clients; including branding, identifying efficiency gaps, finding the perfect wines for the menu, and of course cocktails!

Jean Marie created this delightful gin-based cocktail for TERRAZZA in Smithfield, RI, and we’re hooked! She uses MALFY GIN con Limon as the base liquor.

MALFY COAST & BACK

Combine all ingredients in a highball glass with ice and stir. Garnish with a slice of blood orange.

  • 1 1/2 ounces Mafly Con Limon Gin
  • 1/2 ounce blood orange puree
  • Top with San Pelligrino Aranciata Rossa
